Reproduction of the fender-to-cowl insulator seal also called the cowl-to-fender sound seal that seals the area behind the rear portion of the front fender, in between the fender and the cowl. The seal is meant to reduce wind noise, and prevent leaves and other materials from becoming trapped in the void between the cab and fender on 1981-86 Chevrolet and GMC C/K and 1987-91 R/V model trucks. All of the 1973-91 C/K and R/V trucks used a variation of this type of sound insulation seal in the area behind the fender. This version replicates the style installed by the factory on 1981-91 square-body truck models.
