This dome lamp base was installed in 1956-57 Chevrolet hardtop, 1955-68 Chevrolet full size sedan, and 1965-68 Chevrolet full size station wagon models. Was also found in 1968 Chevrolet Impala hardtop models. Can also be used on 1965-67 Oldsmobile 88 sedans (5200/5600/5689). Replaces original GM part number # 4156802. NOTE: Refer to part number # TF125056 for dome lamp bezel trim ring.
