The new MSD 6AL-2 (Multiple Spark Discharge Ignition) is designed to improve the performance of daily drivers and weekend warrior vehicles. It features an all new housing, digital circuits for higher spark output and a built-in 2-step rev control for street/strip vehicles. It is compatible with 4, 6 and 8-cylinder engines and works on any vehicle with a 12 to 18 volt electrical system. MSD-6AL-2 can be triggered using breaker points, magnetic pickup or electronic amplifier outputs.
