This B&M PreRunner/Trail 4L80E automatic transmission features a forward pattern manual valve body and includes a B&M finned deep aluminum transmission pan for added fluid capacity and cooling. Features include a steel forward hub, 34 element high energy intermediate sprag, all new high performance friction plates, new overdrive sprag assembly, new low roller assembly and rebuilt performance pump. We strongly recommend adding a B&M transmission SuperCooler with your new transmission to help reduce high fluid temps that comes with hard off-road use. Max Recommended Power 800HP and 650 Lb/Ft.

Transmission core is from late model LS type engines, but can be used with Small or Big Block Chevrolet engines. Transmission is shipped without torque converter or speedometer gear. No controller is required. Ships with an external 2 wire harness (pink-12v and brown-toggle for lock-up converter if used). Can be used with Lock-up or Non Lock-up Torque Converters.
